1 lb. | Boneless turkey OR large chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes |
2 medium | Fresh California peaches, cut into large wedges (3/4 lbs.) |
2 | Large zucchini, cut into chunks |
3 tbsp. | Low-sodium soy sauce |
2 tbsp. | Honey |
2 tbsp. | Vegetable oil |
1 tsp. | Ground ginger |
Directions
Alternate turkey, peaches and zucchini on skewers. Mix soy sauce, honey, oil and ginger. Brush over skewers and grill over medium coals, brushing with sauce and turning once, for 10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. (Makes 4 Servings)
